How it works

Three private sessions, shaped around you

  • 1 We meet, and find where you are. We try a few practices together and notice what feels easy for you.
  • 2 We shape the practice to you. Your senses, your pace, your day, the sounds and settings that suit you.
  • 3 We steady it. We clear any blocks and set you up to practice on your own, for good.
  • Live by video from anywhere, and recorded for you to keep. You choose your times after a short intake.
